We are looking for a well presented candidate who can take the initiative and has the confidence to prioritise their workload and generally oversee the daily operations of our office. Prior experience as a as an Office Administrator is not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Answering and screening telephone calls

• Opening and screening post/e-mails

• Travel arrangements

• Diary management

• Greeting visitors

• Updating and creation of PowerPoint presentations

• Updating/ managing the website

• Client database management

• Managing process of monthly marketing materials

• Liaising with and managing suppliers-travel agents, stationery suppliers, caterers

Skills required:

• Must possess a high level of spoken and written English

• Proficiency on Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook

• Attention to detail

• Confident personality and telephone manner

• Ability to work alone without any assistance

• Willingness to learn

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am to 5:30pm

Salary: £15,000 + per annum, depending on experience.
