Independent Financial Adviser ( IFA ) OTE £60k – Uncapped with market leading fee split arrangements

Based: South West / South Wales (Home or Office based)

The Independent Financial Advisor ( IFA ) will benefit from first class back office and managerial support to develop a full portfolio of profitable clients and introducers. The Independent Financial Adviser ( IFA ) will work with management to develop existing relationships and plan to develop new business from a range of potential sources. The successful candidate will receive a very competitive package comprising basic salary plus an uncapped share of fees generated.

Our client is a long established business with offices in South Wales, dealing with a mix of both private and corporate clients, providing a leading back office compliance and regulation system, web based remote access, dedicated, fully qualified back-office support and administration. You will profit from a strong leads management system, serviced offices, address and facilities, networking opportunities, marketing materials and most of all, market leading income and fee split arrangements.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an existing track record as an Independent Financial Advisor ( IFA ), excellent relationship management skills a good knowledge of relevant FSA regulations and ideally will have full CEFA / FPC or equivalent and Competent Advisor Status ( CAS ).
