c£80,000 basic + benefits + bonus

Our Client is a £multi-million plc, providing integrated and compliance services to a range of SME, Corporate and Public Sector clients. They are involved in advising and delivering services a range of services in water treatment, testing and maintenance and work very closely with customers at all levels.

The future of the business is to move the current division from being in a mature market to one where it offers a complete range of services based around integrated water solutions, asset lifecycle management and consulting services.

Your role will be to lead the entire sales function including assessing the current team and ensuring the development of contract expansion and securing revenue growth with new products & services, channels to market and commercial terms.

To do this you will be an experienced Sales leader, capable of managing a national sales function with a proven ability to make significant changes to an organisations product and service mix. You will come from a business to business, support services background ideally in a Water, Environmental or Maintenance Contracting field.
