Where will your ideas end up?
Climate change? Energy? Food prices? Counter-terrorism? These are just some of the issues your ideas can help tackle when you’re working as part of the Civil Service HR Fast Stream Graduate Programme.
With a 490,000-strong workforce, made up of people from diverse backgrounds and representing almost every skill and profession, the Civil Service can offer a range of HR challenges that no other UK employer can match.
Training to be a senior HR professional will involve undertaking two 18-month placements in varied but equally challenging HR roles. This could mean being involved in supporting allocation of lottery grants, issuing passports, helping families with lower incomes or people back to work.
As a future leader of the Civil Service, you will ultimately be able to influence the way the organisation does business, and to have an impact on life throughout the UK and beyond.
The minimum requirement is a 2:2 degree in any subject.
