£18,000 pro rata

A capable and flexible Team Administrator who thrives under pressure is required by this leading insurance firm to cover a six month maternity leave.

Responsible for supporting a busy team of brokers and ensuring the department runs smoothly, your duties will include coordinating travel itineraries, arranging client visits, producing documents and processing expenses. As you will be required to provide effective and efficient admin support to a number of individuals, you must be team-oriented and good-natured with the confidence to handle conflicting demands and the ability to prioritise effectively. You must have excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to build a rapport with a diverse range of individuals. The successful applicant will have a sense of humour, pay strong attention to detail and be able to demonstrate that they can gain credibility in a professional and demanding environment. You must have relevant administrative experience, proven organisational skills and be proficient in MS Word and Excel is essential.
