Customer Insight Analyst opportunity at major Financial Services business, based in central London. Requires SAS.
About the Role
The primary responsibilities of the Customer Insight Analyst are to:
· Develop, undertake and deliver day-to-day consumer analysis projects across new customer acquisition and customer management
· Support with delivery of complex analytical and data-driven projects, e.g. segmentation, CRM strategies, channel performance and opitmisation.
· Produce customer and prospect campaign lists for multi-channel campaigns, particularly DM
· Undertake campaign and strategy performance analysis, providing results and recommendations to the business.
· Develop and produce Management Information and forecasts to support Credit and Marketing in their strategic goals
· Support the Marketing team’s strategies with analysis. Identify opportunities for process efficiencies or adding value.
· Develop an in-depth understanding of the various internal business data sources used by Marketing, monitoring for quality and consistence.
What We’re Looking For
· Proficient in SAS (Base and Stat) with practical experience in a commercial environment
· Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel for reporting/presentation of results
· Experience in a Marketing environment within an analytical or customer insight role
· Commercial experience of complex analytical techniques, e.g. cluster analysis, regression, CHAID, profiling, data mining.
· Experience in working with large customer or transaction-level datasets
· Experience in writing complex database queries
· Development and production of processes for MIS reporting
· Good understanding of the campaign process and particularly data selections for Direct Mail
About the Offer
Up to £45,000 (depending on experience) plus attractive benefits package.
