You will

Provide advise to senior members of HR on annual salary reviews, annual bonuses and benefits.

Undertake a review of pensions strategies.

Integrate new benefits across the business

Undertake regular salary benchmarking throughout the organisation and with other local companies.

Provide advice on a range of other HR measures

What we’re looking for:

You will be an experienced analyst with the ability to create and use relevant processes to extract the relevant information from data sets. You will have strong systems skills and be highly numerate.
