Commercial Director CD/159/23

Our client is one of the UK’S leading providers of facilities management with a significant profitable turnover and a portfolio of Public and Private sector clients. In order to meet market demand they wish to appoint a board level sales oriented UK Commercial Director.

The Role

• Reporting to the UK Managing Director you will be a key member of the UK Board responsible for leading the entire UK commercial function to deliver sales growth.

• You will plan and lead the strategy to win new profitable business and additional work with existing clients.

The Requirement

• Degree qualified you will have a proven track record of growing sales within the FM/Building Services contracting arena.

• With first class leadership and gravitas you will be comfortable leading negotiations in a highly client facing role.
