Commercial Manager

This new commercial role is central to the financial close of this high profile £1.4bn project. Working with our Clients, who are world leaders in the services sector, you will be a consummate expert in the commercial and financial aspects of both the construction and services elements of challenging PFI projects.

You will be a key team member in the demanding and detailed financial close process. You must have in-depth experience and a strong track record in closing complex, high value projects in the PFI arena. You will need to be highly analytical, with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. You will be confident and a strong relationship developer with the ability to manage the multi dimensional aspects of the project together within the multi-stakeholder environment.
