This is a great opportunity to become a key member of a small, successful team and your role will include:

Extensive use of Outlook to deal with all scheduling of meetings, conference calls, trips for analysts, travel itineraries and expense reports

Phone coverage and gate keeping for the analyst and trader

Producing correspondence, extracting brokerage and company generated reports

Some research and ad hoc projects, mostly internet and excel driven - data collection and manipulation

Coordinating the office - liaising with suppliers and IT support etc and keeping in regular contact with the US office.

Highly numerate, with degree or equivalent

Strong communicator - able to liaise at all levels

Meticulous about detail and accuracy, strong sense of urgency and very strong organisational skills

High interest in learning new processes and topics

Strong internet skills

Very comfortable in a support role

Team player, an instinctive commitment to putting the needs of the team and company first.
