And our Commercial function (made up of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service) builds on that tradition to this day. Through listening to our customers, understanding the marketplace and using innovative approaches, they deliver world-class services that connect businesses to their customers, and people to people.

Our sales teams are the voice of the customer, influencing both the development of products and how they are sold. Our Marketing team is responsible for product design and delivery, as well as overseeing our brands and advertising campaigns.

What you’ll need

As well as a 2:1 degree or higher, you’ll need a passion for marketing, sales or customer management. We’re looking to be inspired which means you’ll need ideas, plus the courage and confidence to make them happen. Great communication skills are important as is the flexibility to relocate. Finally, you’ll need the right to work in the UK for at least 3 years from the programme start date.

The rewards

First off, you’ll gain a starting salary of £22,500, plus the chance to earn bonuses. We’ll also support you study for a relevant professional qualification offered by the Chartered Institute of Marketing or Institute of Direct Marketing.
