Bid Director BD/324/23

Our client is a construction and support services contractor with a focus on both the pfi and traditionally let markets. With a significant level of project opportunities they are looking to appoint a number of project leaders.

The Role

 Reporting directly to the Group Business Development Director you will operate across a range of sectors such as MoD, custodial, Education and healthcare.

 You will take ownership of the bid from prequalification to project award leading the team to deliver the winning solution.

The Requirement

 With the appropriate level of leadership and gravitas you will be comfortable acting in a client facing role managing the internal team, partners, subcontractors and suppliers.

 Commercially astute you will appreciate the opex and capex balance of the winning solution and the importance of clearly defined boundaries and responsibilities.
