Head of Group Procurement HoGP/445/23

Our client is a national industrial services contractor with a home base in the North West of England. They are seeking to centralise their group (£75m turnover) procurement activities and to standardise their approach.

THE POSITION

• Reporting to the group Commercial Director you will have full responsibility for all procurement and plant management activities.

• Leading a team of procurement and supply chain managers within each of our companies you will structure the team to achieve an effective delivery unit.

THE PERSON

• Preferably CIPD you will have experience of directing the purchasing of labour, plant and materials under supply and sub contract terms.

• A dynamic leader you will be a shaper and implementer of effective strategies to manage risk.
