Regeneration Executive

Are you an MBA/accountant with an interest in consulting to the public sector? From a property background?

An award winning team of advisers and management consultants, ranked in the top three in the UK for their sector, are expanding their London office and have an opportunity for a young, aspiring consultant to join their team, specialising in regeneration and housing.

You will be an important part of a whole range of projects in the regeneration space. That could mean anything from advising local government on the consequences for different social housing plans, to giving advice on plans for inner city redevelopment – all current headline grabbing issues!

You will…

…conduct risk modelling and statistical analysis.

…provide advice on the financial aspects of the PFI/PPP procurement process.

…enjoy a close involvement in the evaluation of tenders and financial models.

…support the delivery of consulting engagements to central, regional and local government clients.
