As a leading global hospitality company, our client has more than 3,000 hotels and 500,000 rooms in more than 80 countries. They also offer an exciting and rewarding place to work. An opportunity has now arisen for an exceptional Front Office Manager to join their Leicester team.
This is the ideal role for an experienced front of house manager to develop their career with the world's number one hotel brand.
As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front office department efficiently, ensuring all procedures are adhered to, whilst assisting with maximising room sales and revenue for the hotel.
Your role will encompass maintaining a high standard of customer relations within the front office, assuming responsibility for guest relations, and ensuring the front office operates with a sales attitude, making sure all personnel are aware of sales opportunities within the hotel.
You will also play an active part in the hotel's management team, keep senior staff informed of any risks, and maintain a high standard of liaison between the office and other hotel departments. Additionally, you will build an effective team, ensuring continued improvements in staff motivation through consultation, target setting and reviews.
To be considered for this position you must have front office management experience gained within the hotel industry. You will also need to be an excellent communicator with strong management skills and exceptional customer service standards.
