The role

Reporting to the European HR Director, your role will be to plan and execute strategic and operational HR solutions that will contribute to the overall business strategy. You will identify manpower and competence needs, optimise employee resources, and act as a change agent to support a programme of ongoing organisational and cultural change.

The Requirements

You will drive integration and to improve the retention and development of key people, and with the support of line managers, design and implement local development plans. You will develop and build constructive relationships with trade union representatives and will manage, develop and motivate your team to deliver a high level of HR services.
