My client is a well established house builder who promote a mixed portfolio of developments consisting of townhouses, detached houses and apartments.

About the Role:

Full responsibility for the Sales and Marketing function, from land appraisal through to customers moving into their new homes. Maximising selling prices, whilst maintaining a high level of customer careEnsure that the Field Sales Manager and Sales Executives are aware of reservation and completion BudgetsMonitor, on a weekly basis, actual performance against Budget, Projection and ForecastIn conjunction with the Field Sales Manager, identify reasons for variances and take action where appropriate
