One of our favourite clients (who are based in beautiful Mayfair offices) are looking for a new Senior Receptionist to manage the reception function for the London office to ensure a professional and courteous welcome to all visitors and callers. You will be working with one other part-time receptionist (and managing them). Duties are fairly standard and will include receiving all incoming emails and faxes, dealing with courier requests, managing the stationery and office supplies, booking meeting rooms, arranging refreshments, lunches as required, assisting other PA's and support staff as necessary and a lot more besides. This is a successful very professional and friendly company and a lovely place to work (finance house). We are looking for a top notch professional career receptionist with a solid cv working for good companies who is beautifully presented and very well spoken with excellent interpersonal skills.

Min 5 years as a Senior Receptionist (ideally who will have managed others), sound IT skills, excellent telephone manner and of very smart appearance and very friendly and helpful manner.
