Rating Surveyor

My client is a property management company who are seeking an experienced ratings professional to join the team as the result of an increase in workload over the recent months.You will be responsible for your own caseload and getting the best outcome for clients. The key day to day duties will include laising with clients, negotiating rent reductions and also lodging appeals.You will ideally have experience within the private sector or have Valuation Office agency knowledge. The ability to build relationships and strong negotiation skills are essential for this role as is the ability to work within a team.
