Operations Director OD/277/23

Our client is a leading cosmetics and toiletries manufacturing business who due to growth are expansion is recruiting an Operations Director.

The Role

 Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be responsible for operations for a site with 200+ employees.

 You will have responsibility for supply chain, operations, manufacturing, health and safety, engineering, warehouse and NPD with 5 direct reports.

The Requirement

 You will ideally be degree educated and be keen to join a forward thinking team with an impressive portfolio focussed on delivering quality services and product throughout.

 You will have experience of high volume multi SKU environment.

 You will be numerate and comfortable with large elements of P&L responsibility but above all must be a leader who can command respect from the board and an energetic workplace.

 You will have experience of the implementation of the MRP system
