Recruitment Manager

You will>

Manage and lead a team of internal recruitment consultants

Manage the end to end recruitment process from initial job briefing through to new starter joining the business

Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and search firms

Actively recruit candidates-through direct sourcing methods

Work with colleagues to develop internal transfers

PArtner with the business to provide a proactive resourcing solution

What we’re looking for:

You will be an experienced internal recruitment manager who has management experience coupled with the ability to source candidates directly.

You will be results orientated and have a commercial approach to recruitment. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to influence across a wide range of internal and external individuals.
