The role requires an experienced Learning & Development professional to support the L&D Manager in developing and implementing polices and strategies that support departmental and corporate business objectives and values.

You will need to hold experience of working closely with managers to help improve the way they manage their teams.

You will need to design and deliver a range of training programmes which form a mix of mandatory training requirements and "soft skill" development needs.

You will need to evaluate all training and work with the L&D Manager to help improve training programmes.

You will need to demonstrate a proven track record of working within a full generalist L&D operational role. You will need to be able to work with employees across all levels.

You will need to be an excellent communicator and hold the confidence and personality to build credible relationships.

You should be of graduate calibre and be fully CIPD qualified or hold an equivalent qualification.
