JOB
The role, reporting to the Group MD, will assume full operational and commercial responsibilty for its purpose-built facility in the North East. The site employs c135 and operates 24/7, and enjoys a high degree of autonomy. The business has built a very strong portfolio of blue chip, household brand clients that benefit from its leading edge equipment and technical capability, and is expecting significant growth over the next 2 years.
CANDIDATE
Ideally, applicants will be holding P&L responsibility in a GM or MD role now, and will have a very strong manufacturing operations management background - preferably in an injection or blow moulding environment. The key attributes sought include: Natural leadership skills; results driven; commercially astute; customer service champion; challenge status quo; aspirational MD.
