Relationship Manager – retail rewards

About the Client

Major cards provider who are looking to develop major rewards programmes with key retailers.

About the Role

Create new relationships with targeted retailers and manage the partners through implementation and marketing launch in conjunction with the marketing team

Secure initial pitches and take overall accountability for all communication

Provide direction and support to retailer during launch and liaise with marketing and the retailer teams to develop and implement campaign/special offers

Ongoing relationship management with the loyalty programmes

What We’re Looking For

Experience of selling in and implementing opportunities within card programmes or retailer loyalty schemes

Strong negotiation and influencing skills as well as managing multiple stake holders

Thrives in a culture of clear accountability with ongoing challenge
