Property Transactions Lawyer - Banking - London

- Identify value maximising strategies, including where necessary any strategic acquisition and/or disposal opportunities

- Lead transactions and specified projects, coordinating the roles third parties to ensure delivery of structure, price, documentation and presentation

- Experience in a broad range of property related transactions: acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, development, property finance.
