The Company

As UK market leader and backed by the resources of a €multi-billion PLC parent, our client is a highly successful and profitable designer and manufacturer of a range of precision engineered products for a prestigious portfolio of end user customers within the construction and manufacturing industries.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Executive and leading an experienced and dedicated team across a number of operating divisions, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies that will facilitate continuous growth and increased profits. Key tasks will include a focus on bringing new products to market to ensure the most effective penetration of current and emerging markets, while improving operational performance and effectiveness.

The Person

With strong Sales & Marketing background you will be an ambitious General Manager with outstanding leadership and motivational skills, coupled with proven strategic management ability and commercial acumen gained within a manufacturing environment. With an engineering or technical background and a successful track record of supplying products/services into the construction sector, you will be able to drive change, optimise performance and deliver exceptionally high levels of customer service and results in demanding situations.
