JOB

The primary purpose of this role is to devise and develop a segmentation strategy and from this design customer treatments and contact strategies aimed at acquisition, growth and retention.

Manage the marketing and customer databases and develop a plan for delivering a single customer view both analytically and operationally. Overall, deliver a world class CRM programme to surpass the business plan.

CANDIDATE

• Experienced (at least 5 years) Customer Management leader & practitioner with some financial services background

• Experience of multi-channel business and delivery of customer contact programmes

• Broad knowledge of financial service regulatory framework

• A track record of segment design and delivery

• Technical knowledge of customer data and analytics systems and propensity modelling

• Good knowledge of customer & marketing databases and single view of customer applications

• Well networked in their discipline

• Relevant technical qualifications e.g. Marketing Degree, Marketing Diploma, CRM specific qualifications
