TOTAL UK Marketing Scheme

The Total UK Marketing Scheme is a 2-4 year programme. The initial 2 years are based at one of our locations across the UK, with the added possibility of a further 2 year international placement in our Paris Head Office.

The TOTAL UK Marketing scheme is made up of a highly practical programme consisting of challenging placements within the company which will give you the opportunity to build up experience and competence within your field, providing you with the tools to fast track your career in the UK or onto an international platform.

The aim of the scheme is to expose you to roles that demand results and accountability from the offset. At the end of the programme you can expect to have diverse career options and be equipped with a wide range of essential competencies as you progress your career through TOTAL.
Career development is an integral part of the scheme and regular career management meetings will take place to assist you in building your future.

Total UK Refining Scheme

Number of available positions: 2

The Total UK Refining Scheme, based at our Lindsey Oil Refinery in North Lincolnshire, is a highly practical 4 year scheme. You will gain hands on experience in different areas of the refinery, enabling you to cement your skills and providing you with the ability to go on to specialise in specific areas of your engineering discipline. International opportunities may also be available.

At the end of the programme you can expect to have a wide range of experience, achieve Chartership with the ICHEME, and be equipped with essential competencies as you progress your career through Total.
