Joining our Transnational Graduate Programme you'll benefit from an exciting and challenging environment. The Transnational Graduate Programme consists of 3 Modules the second of which is based in Italy. An exciting and unique offsite induction gets the Graduate Programme off to a flying start with a course where graduates enjoy teambuilding activities as well as learning about customer requirements. SELEX Galileo Graduate Programme is an award winning scheme accredited by IMechE, IOP & IET, supporting Graduates to excel and develop their careers.

Throughout the recruitment stage Graduates are supported through a buddy scheme & professional induction process. New Graduates will receive a buddy from the current Graduate population to help answer questions before you start work. You will also have the opportunity to visit your site and team.

As part of a Transnational programme you will benefit from; an attractive, competitive salary, a £2000 welcome payment and generous temporary accommodation assistance of up to £400 a month for the first 6 months (where applicable); support to achieve Chartership with the corresponding institute; the opportunity to work with other Graduates cross sites including internationally in training and development exercises. Graduates are assigned challenging roles within the business and are rewarded with three performance-related salary reviews over the two years.
