Engineering Graduates
When you join the Kerry Group graduate development programme you are placed into a real job, with real responsibilities from day one. You will be well supported in your team and will be encouraged to put forward your ideas in order to make an early contribution to the business.

As an Engineering Graduate within Kerry you will be involved in solving problems associated with line break-downs or specific pieces of machinery as well as ongoing machine maintenance to ensure optimum business efficiency. You will also be expected to input your own ideas in respect of installing new equipment, amending existing equipment and improving the work place in line with environmental, health and safety and other statutory requirements.

Graduate Development Programme
The graduate development modules take place over a period of two years and are specifically focussed on developing your management skills. You will typically spend three days every 2 – 3 months on these modules with all of the other graduates across the business. You will find that you learn so much about the business from each other and will really develop as a team.

In addition to these group workshops, you will attend a series of one to one coaching sessions with our qualified coaches, who will help to guide you through the early stages of your career.

This will give you an excellent grounding on which to build a successful career with Kerry Foods. In addition, our programme is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) which means that you will be awarded with a Diploma in Management when you finish!

We also sponsor graduates through other relevant professional qualifications (i.e. CIPD, CIMA, CIM) through our study assistance programme which provides both financial support and an element of study leave.

In return for your hard work we offer:

  • A starting salary: £24,400
  • 6 monthly pay reviews for the first 2 yrs
  • 25 days holiday
  • Up to£1,000 towards your relocation expenses (if applicable)
  • Contributory pension scheme (including a final salary option)
  • Additional site specific benefits (i.e. subsidised canteen, sports and social club etc…)
