Trainees are normally based in London. However, as we also have offices in Paris, Rouen, Piraeus, Shanghai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Brussels and Melbourne there is the possibility that trainees may be required to work at another location during their contract.

Facts and Figures

We have 14 trainee vacancies in 2011. We currently have 27 trainees, and a total of 114 partners. We expect to retain all or most of our trainees, though typically we might lose one trainee each year. This can happen for a variety of reasons but no trainee that has left has struggled to find an excellent position as an assistant.

Vacation Placements

We also offer two 2-week vacation placements to a total of 16 candidates selected from second-year law undergraduates and final year non-law undergraduates.

The deadline for training contracts is the 31st of July and the 14th of February for vacation placements.
