Accelerate Management Training Programme
Gist’s intensive 18 to 24 month management training programme equips you with early responsibility and essential skills for the future. Through a series of placements you’ll receive a broad introduction into logistics and managing people – from warehousing to transport, project work to planning. You will have the opportunity to have a direct effect on how we do business at several sites across the country.

Support
From your first day you’ll be allocated a board-level sponsor and a mentor – a senior manager to give you overall support and guidance throughout the programme and often beyond. Additional mentors at each of your placements will offer you day-to-day support and provide local knowledge. You’ll also be put in contact with a management trainee ‘buddy’ prior to joining, to answer any questions you may have.

On-the-job learning will be complemented with a structured training programme incorporating various courses designed to develop your managerial skills.
