Research Associate, CognoLink Limited

Location: Central London (Goodge street tube station)

Responsibilities:

You will work in a small team in which your primary responsibility will be to facilitate consultations between industry specialists and our clients in order to help them make insightful investment decisions.

You will manage the communication flow with specialists. You should expect to manage several research assignments at the same time and will have the opportunity to gain industry specialization.

You will be involved in continuously improving our processes and client service capabilities. Strong performance will lead to larger responsibilities within the firm, such as managing your own client accounts and guiding junior team members. 

Requirements:

•         University degree (or equivalent) from a top tier institution
•         Previous experience in business/finance preferred but not required, however must be able to demonstrate sound business acumen
•         Fluency in English and at least one other European (preferably, but not exclusively, German) language is essential
•         Diligent, proactive and well-organized
•         Team player, willing to work in high-pace and, at times, high pressure entrepreneurial environment
•         Flexible, motivated and willing to “go the extra mile”
•         Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

           
Remuneration:

Competitive base salary and performance based incentive package, commensurate with experience. Package will also include option scheme.
