Rolls-Royce graduate programmes

As the world’s leading provider of power systems for use on land, at sea and in the air, we don’t believe in standing still. That’s why, at Rolls Royce, you can look forward to achieving your ambitions sooner rather than later.

We offer two kinds of graduate development programme. Whichever you choose, you’ll benefit from an established career development process that identifies your talents and supports you to achieve your goals.

Leadership Development Programme

Comprising a series of six-month placements – including at least one overseas – this programme will see you experience a number of different aspects of Rolls-Royce, while developing your leadership skills via a range of innovative training modules. In doing so, it will prepare you to take up a globally significant leadership role within around five years.

It is available in:

• Engineering
• Customer Management
• Finance
• HR
• Manufacturing Leadership
• Purchasing
• Supply Chain Planning and Control.

Professional Excellence Programme

This programme is structured to enable you to develop the specialist knowledge, skills and experience you need to become a recognised expert in your chosen field.

Over a series of three-month placements, it will see you work in a variety of hands-on roles alongside expert professionals, while providing formal training to help advance your technical knowledge, leading to Chartered status (where appropriate).

It is available in:

• Engineering
• Commercial
• Purchasing
• Project Management
• Supply Chain Planning and Control.

Locations

We have opportunities for graduates in Barnoldswick, Bristol, Coventry, Derby, Glasgow and Sunderland in the UK, as well as in Canada, China, Germany, the Nordics, Singapore and the US.
