What it’s all about
Sales and Marketing is the oxygen of our business and our program offers you the opportunity learn about both functions through taking on real roles. Perform well and you can develop into a sales or marketing director and ultimately a country general manager. What you’ll need
We are demanding of our graduates and a 2:1 degree in any discipline and 300 UCAS points is a minimum requirement. If you have experience is in FMCG or healthcare, then so much the better.  Beyond that, sales requires people that are genuinely action-oriented - who strive for, and deliver, continual growth for the business. This means you developing strong customer relationships, business planning skills and the best in-store sales execution as these are key to our business success.
