Scheduling Analyst

Work within the scheduling team to deliver scheduled online and offline plans/time for all consultants across multiple operations.Design & deliver best fit attendance patterns within budget headcount through detailed recruitment plans, attendance reviews & flexible working hoursAnalyse the customer service operational standards and procedures for all customer contact centres in the area to ensure the agreed service standards are achieved.Ensure a process is defined and carried out for delivery of the plans by the Service Delivery team and that the plans are fully documented with all risks & issues being considered with each site.
