The role will instantly appeal to a high performing CIPD qualified generalist who has embraced all aspects of HR but who has demonstrable expertise and interest in learning and development, performance management, talent management and resourcing. Reporting to the Board and responsible for a small but highly capable team, the position covers the full people agenda in an environment where HR is highly regarded and embedded in the organisation.

Headcount is approx 750, and there are a number of operating sites throughout the UK and Ireland.
