Commercial Manager

The Client:

Large International general contractor with a very strong local reputation, including work on some of the most iconic projects throughout the Middle East.

Currently boasting a huge presence in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar and Oman their reputation, project diversity and widespread client base have dictated their strong market position.

The Role:

As a result of strategic growth this business is looking to establish a stronghold in the Healthcare / Medical sectors. Applicants with experience of building hospitals and healthcare centres, preferably PFI, are sought after and subsequently there are opportunities to work on some groundbreaking projects throughout the Gulf.

GCC experience would be advantageous but by no means essential.

What we’re looking for:

Commercial Manager reporting directly into the Project, Commercial Director and client. Experience of working for a large “Blue Chip” contractor essential. PFI experience and GCC experience is desirable. Proven track record assembling and managing a project commercial / surveying team.

The successful applicant must have experience working on projects in excess of £200 Million.
