A reorganisation and investment in their people leads to this exciting opportunity. This new role is at the very heart of the business and you will drive the commercial agenda within channels vital to their continued success. You will lead a team of professional National and Key Account Managers ensuring they drive cross functional communication and joint business plans with their most important customers. This will ensure category growth through world class business initiatives.

We seek a well-proven Trading Director / National Account Controller or equivalent with a proven track record in Solutions Account Management, Leadership and Joint Business Planning. Strategic vision and the ability to gain customer/colleague buy in through inspiring stimulating presentations are vital.

Your experience will have been gained in a blue chip FMCG, Automotive or Industrial organisation. Exposure to category management techniques would be an advantage.

It is essential you are an outstanding communicator, well organised, articulate and numerate with an inspiring manner that motivates all who come into contact with you.
