Our client is a services, maintenance and building group. They provide service across the whole of life for many types of buildings and infrastructure.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to join their Window Cleaning subsidiary. The main purposes of this key role are to control and promote the company’s business within the regional limit and coordinate and manage the window-cleaning workforce. Within this role your key responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operation ensuring the efficient running of the designated depot/s, assisting in the scheduling of the teams workload and ensuring that the team leaders are given clear, precise direction and communication in their areas of responsibility. You will also be expected to deal with personnel issues including recruiting new employees and conducting disciplinary interviews, compile and produce monthly reports and ensure that all staffs performance and efficiency is monitored and reported on.

The successful candidate will have worked in a similar role previously and will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent. You should have a conclusive track record in service delivery along with knowledge of operational management including scheduling, client liaison, basic financial awareness, purchasing / stock control, H&S adherence and fleet management. It is essential that you are an excellent decision maker with good problem solving abilities and that you are an excellent communicator, confident when dealing with people at all levels. It is also essential that you are computer literate and hold a full UK driving licence.
