A creative and effective communicator is sought to lead Vitalise as it continues to develop its services to meet the changing needs of its clients and the wider environment.

This is a broad and challenging brief requiring excellent strategic acumen to drive a high performance culture.

Knowledge of the care sector, sound political judgement and a demonstrable track record of working with a voluntary trustee board are all key.
