The Sales & Marketing graduate programme at Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices and Diagnostics offers recent university graduates the opportunity to use their potential and advance their career with a globally recognised company.  This 15 month programme provides varied assignments across a range of Johnson & Johnson companies and business sectors. As team members in a small-company environment, graduates play an active role in the development and implementation of new and innovative sales and marketing campaigns alongside experienced professionals in this field.

The ideal candidates will be flexible regarding location and be prepared to travel as different placements may require this. They will also be highly motivated and prepared to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic working environment, adhering to the company Credo at all times. They will possess excellent communication and team working skills as well as being innovative and creative with good commercial awareness.
