Finance Manager – India and China

We keep evolving, driving into new markets, and need an astute Finance Manager to provide us with financial management support for two of the most exciting markets out there – India and China.

As a Finance Manager, you’ll support regional CFOs and finance management teams in ensuring that the right financial decisions are made relating to all our activities in India and China.

You’ll monitor performance, build influential relationships with finance teams and manage regional reporting and financial planning, ensuring the financial management issues that drive and challenge our business are identified and acted upon.

It’s an extremely rewarding Finance Manager role where you’ll have international exposure and work closely with some of our most important finance personnel.

As a Finance Manager your main responsibilities will involve:

• Supporting operating company finance departments with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

• Providing expert analysis of local business plans and identifying risks and opportunities

• Supporting regional finance management with financial reporting, and developing new tools for measuring and analysing performance

• Performing expert variance analysis to identify key performance drivers, and leading reviews of local business cases

• Analysing competitor activity and market developments through internal and external intelligence reports

As a Finance Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

• ACCA / ACA / CIMA Accountant or equivalent accountancy qualification

• Financial analysis and budgetary control experience within an international company

• Proven financial modelling, business case evaluation and decision making skills

• A sound understanding of international accounting standards and principles

What we will be looking for in you:

Analytical, pragmatic and inquisitive when faced with difficult problems, as a Finance Manager you’ll have commercial nous and a proven ability to influence senior management.
