Corporate Account/ Sales Manager, Chocolate Company

This creative and ambitious Chocolate Company has an exciting opening for an experienced Corporate Account / Sales Manager to take full responsibility for generating sales leads for corporate chocolate events.

This close-knit and dedicated team requires a bright and capable individual who shares their work ethic of going that extra mile to take on a key business development role and set up processes that will allow the move from order taking to proactively generating corporate leads. Initially this role will involve converting enquiries for all group bookings over the phone and writing sales proposals. You must be articulate, confident and have a charming telephone manner – you will be selling FUN! The successful candidate will have experience of negotiating over the phone, deal making, and liaising with corporate clients face to face. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, a superb customer service ethic, strong organisational skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

As the company is both small and growing rapidly, a high degree of flexibility within the role is essential. This means from time to time taking on tasks outside of the job description to ensure the smooth running and increased profitability of the business so you must display a genuine can-do attitude and the readiness to muck in.
