Commmercial Project Manager

Due to this growth, a new role has arisen within our commercial team requiring an individual to manage multi-functional commercial projects to successful outcomes in diverse areas of the business. These projects may include supply chain expansion, new product/promotional initiatives and new country growth support, often with an international emphasis.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Projects, you will lead multi-functional project teams, driving the overall success of projects. Taking ownership of the project plans, you will have the responsibility to deliver to key milestones, managing risks and issues along the way and ensuring that key senior stakeholders are kept well informed. This is a role that requires significant influencing and facilitation skills to engage a diverse group of individuals and bring about the successful outcome of key business initiatives.

You will have a strong background in project management within a fast-moving organisation, preferably with an international dynamic. While retail experience is not critical, we are looking for people with a breadth of business experience and a strong sense of commerciality gained in areas such as manufacturing, supply chain and operations. Above all, you will have the credibility and experience to successfully manage multiple projects and engage senior stakeholders across the organisation.
