You will contribute to the development of the national small business strategy and lead the local business regional sales team to ensure delivery against goals, efficiency and compliance.

You will take a leading role in developing and managing your team by proactively developing knowledge and skills and recruiting new staff.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will:

· Have a proven track record of building high performing teams in financial

· Be highly results orientated with a demonstrable ability to deliver against sales targets

· Good understanding of retail banking products and services for small to medium sized business

· Be an agent of change with previous experience of effectively driving change programmes
