About the Role

Based on an in-depth understanding of customer needs, you will be responsible for delivering a continuous programme of product innovation and development to maintain the organisation's market leading position. You will own product P&Ls and will have a keen focus on managing costs without impairing customer satisfaction. You will own, manage and negotiate relationships with underwriters, suppliers and partners. You will develop business cases and make recommendations based on analysis and understanding of product performance and customer feedback.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will:

· Have an expert knowledge of general insurance products - ideally motor insurance

· Proven track record in product management of motor related insurance products

· Have excellent project management and a real ability to manage external and internal relationships

· Highly commercial and analytical, you'll have the ability to manage the numbers and manage P&L and product performance
