The Continuous Insight Manager opportunity sits within a communications client based within commutable distance from West London.

About the Client

This Communication business leads the way in innovative mobile product offerings and propositions as a result of listening to the customer. The position of Continuous Insight Manager will sit within an established and highly regarded market research and insight division.

About the Role

· Within the role you will use your experience in market research and analysis to identify trends and insights from multiple continuous data sources and importantly know how to communicate these to the business to ensure their effective use.

· You will manage the relationships with the market research agencies to ensure the quality and relevance of the information.

· The role will require you to work with a wide range of functional experts from across the business and you will be responsible for ensuring effective engagement and knowledge transfer, working as a team member with stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

· As a candidate for the role you will have worked with a broad range market research data and inforamtion, whether on the agency or client side.

· You will be able to recount examples of how you have used research and data to inform business decision makers and influence action plans

· You will have worked within well known consumer brands and be familiar the challenges and business processes they go through in order to keep their offering relevant.
