Our client is a leading cosmetics and toiletries business who are recruiting a multi-site Operations Director to control operations in the UK and Europe

The Role

 Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer you will be responsible for multi-site operations across the UK and Europe.

 You will have knowledge of lean tools and techniques with the skills to lead a multi-disciplined team

The Requirement

 Ideally degree educated you will have a strong manufacturing and operations background.

 You will have high impact, strong presence and excellent communications skills and will be recognised by the executive team as adding real value to the business.
