Sales and Marketing Director SMD/277/22

Our client is a leading supplier of frozen foods to the multiple grocery and food service sectors. Due to an ambitious period of growth they are now looking to strengthen their senior tem with the recruitment of a Sales and Marketing Director.

The Role

• Reporting to the Group Managing Director you will be responsible for a team of National Account Managers dealing with the major multiples and leading food service businesses.

• To maximise sales opportunities in the UK. A degree of interface with European partners may be necessary. To develop and manage the sales team to deliver set goals.

The Requirement

• Ideally of graduate calibre you will have a proven track record of success at senior sales levels within the fmcg food or drinks sectors.

• You will be comfortable dealing at senior level and will have an excellent relationship with the multiple grocers.

• You will possess the necessary leadership qualities to operate across Group. Commercially astute you will be able to demonstrate a history of delivering profitable growth.
